The knife set consists of 3 vegetable knives, one butcher knife, one skinning knife and one boning knife. An 18 cm cleaver is sent with it.

Do not try to cut or break icy meat. Never wash your knife in the dishwasher after use! After using your knife, you should wash it by hand with a wet sponge and store it dry. Do not wash knives under high temperatures or with harsh cleaning chemicals (high temperatures and harsh cleaning chemicals will cause the blade and handle to deteriorate). Do not hit or try to cut your knife on bones or other hard surfaces. When the blades of your knives become dull, they must be sharpened by competent master knife sharpeners. Please prefer conscious and experienced sharpeners. The biggest reason why your knife dulls quickly is the surfaces you cut on. We recommend that you do not cut on hard surfaces (stone concrete floors, marble floors, tile floors, etc.) Using polyethylene cutting boards for the cutting surface will both extend the life of your knives and provide the highest level of hygiene. Do not use your knives for opening canned food, opening screws or piercing hard surfaces. The knives are produced in such a way that you can get the highest level of efficiency for food chopping, peeling and similar jobs. Using them for purposes other than their intended use may render your knife unusable and may cause injury. Damage that occurs when used outside of the instructions for use is considered user error and cannot be exchanged or returned. Handle colors will be sent in black.
